Requirements:

• ABEM, AOBEM, or ABFM. If FM trained, must show proof of ED work in the past 2 years
• Residency: Must have completed an EM or FM residency
• ATLS: Required for FM trained but not EM
• ACLS & PALS
• Active LA License or IMLC
