Position Highlights

• Role: Board-Certified Gastroenterologist
• Practice: Established health system with a strong primary care and specialist referral base
• Scope:
• Outpatient-focused GI
• Inpatient consults and procedures as needed
• Bread-and-butter GI with ability to develop subspecialty interests (advanced endoscopy, hepatology, etc.)
• Schedule: Flexible, designed to support long-term work life balance
• Support: Experienced clinical staff and modern equipment/facilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $525,000
• Call Pay: $800 per call day (approx. 10 days/month)
• Sign-On Bonus: $TBD
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $TBD
• Paid Time Off: 25 days PTO + 6 paid holidays
• CME:
• $5,000 annual CME allowance
• 40 hours of paid CME time annually
• Professional Allowance: $1,000 annually
• Contract: Three-year employment agreement
