• Join two experienced physicians in established pulmonology practice
• Board Certified (or Board Eligible if recently out of fellowship)
• Perform up to 100 interventional cases per year initially, with ability to expand over time
• Outreach required a few days per month to build practice
• Opportunity to perform critical care shifts in 16-bed ICU
Work schedule - Pulmonology Clinic 8a Äì 5p plus inpatient consults (hospital / inpatient pulmonary call on a rotational basis to include weekends) - Blessing pulmonologists share weekend call with the private group in town; almost no calls at night. Emergent patients go to ICU. - Procedures in bronchoscopy suite under moderate sedation or the OR under general - Advanced procedures needed: IONS, EBUS, valve, cryobiopsy, thoracentesis, Pleurx - ICU shifts available; up to 7 days/month; two physicians plus APP coverage - ICU night shift = physicians take rotational call so 4 or 3 nights per week with APP in house. Very few phone calls and physician rarely has to come back to hospital.Benefits Details - Salary: $550K - $625K (based on experience), Sign-on Bonus, WRVU Production Bonus potential, Relocation - Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
